Taipei also has the largest zoo in Taiwan, where you can see the rare Formosan black bear, cuddly koalas, and stately king penguins. ‧Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport- Transportation
TTY International Airport is located in Taoyuan County approximately 40 kilometers, or about 50 minutes by car or bus from downtown Taipei.
Bus
Where to buy bus tickets:
Taoyuan Bus Corporation: Fare paid on the bus.
Other buses: Ticket counters are located in the Arrival Passenger Reception Areas of both Terminals.
Terminal I Bus Platform
On the southwest side of the Arrival Passenger Reception Area.
Terminal II Bus Platform
On the northeast side of the Arrival Passenger Reception Area on the first floor of the terminal. Adult single fares vary from NT$110 to $140.
Taxi
Taxi queues are outside the Arrival Halls of both terminals. To ensure the safety of passengers, only the taxis approved by the Aviation Police Bureau are permitted to operate in TTY Airport. Airport taxis from airport to Taipei city is approx. NT$1,100.
